Key Responsible for:- Agent Recruitment / Agent Development/ Meet Business targets
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent
Conduct activity to enhance existing agents Productivity
Achievement of business plans

Key Parameters:

1)Candidate should have minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any industry

2) Must have 6 months job stability in current organization
